angel island sunset
phil got back from from l.a. this afternoon, and we jumped on the boate and sailed (more accurately *motored* as it was very calm today) over to angel island. we tied up at ayala cove and walked a mile and a half, past the west garrison to perle's beach for the sunset. it was another incredible day, and there was not a single other person on the island, (besides a couple rangers we saw when we were leaving).
