flying over the bay

phil rented a cessna today and we cruised over the bay for about an hour. it was a blast beyond words seeing the area from the sky. i have now both sailed under and flown over the golden gate bridge.  i shot video for most of the flight, but my battery crapped out right before phil’s absolutely perfect landing. (and no i am not being facetious, i was impressed as hell by phil’s piloting). i am importing the footage now and will probably have it cut together by saturday. i am feeling pretty exhausted tonight and might get in bed early to read.
