the midterm elections are right around the corner, and the price of oil has been dropping like a stone. sure, it’s probably just a coincidence. it is unlikely that there is a bread and circuses plan afoot, even given the current oil-industry-veteran complexion of the current administration.
but if that is the plan, IT’S WORKING!!!
