i have been annoyed with email as a communication and collaboration tool for a couple years now. luckily i have been mostly successful in convincing those friends/collaborators/family that needed convincing to use better tools like instant messaging, blogs, wikis, etc. there are still a few stalwart holdouts who insist on pounding my inbox, and this article in businessweek is for them.
i ran across it on ross mayfield’s blog. he is one of my world of warcraft guildies.
