i hate that word for some reason. more so, even, than the word “monetize“. it sounds like the name of some weird slavic drinking game involving the milk of some animal not commonly known for drinkable mammarian secretions. but i love what it represents, and what it will come to mean in the coming years, and it is going to push me, i think, at some point in the near future to get a nice DV cam. they just went “live” over at ourmedia, in what is called an alpha release. they definitely have some work ahead of them to get that thing to operate smoothly, but it has great promise to change our lives.
