file management = lame

i just want to play some guitar and record. instead, i have spent all night moving MASSIVE amounts of data here and there. waiting for things to happen. staring at progress bars. and this is a VERY FAST computer. i wish i could say that organization and a tidy file system are important and fun to me. they are not. more like an evil of questionable necessity.
