mom and i had our first vidchat yesterday. she was over at bret’s. i think i convinced her to go out and buy a new imac to replace the one i bought her when they first came out. that and an isight and dsl, and i will be doing tech support full-time. on second thought mom, DON’T get another computer.
remote tech support is much better w/Timbuktu and probably Remote Desktop, than yelling into a phone and crying. Unless of course the network settings need fixing.
