Record companies do the same ñ find one that you donít need a white shirt and tie at- but never assume that the managers will let you do whatever you want as an employee Ö it is not in their best interest to let you ìget your freak onî in the basement nor toplessÖ but that doesnít make management bad people Ö play with your top on until you are powerful enough to tell management you play with your top off.
